Well that's a different story then with the option to go back to Sweden...not as likely to play in the AHL now...must have talked to Nygren.

I'd say DLR has the upside to be one of a strong club's four most valuable forwards..someone who can play anywhere but first-line center. He was one of Sweden's three best forwards in the past WJC as an 18-year-old, and they were stacked up front. Underrated offensively...give him a couple of years. Right now he's one of the best 18-year-olds on the planet.

At worst I see him as a third-line winger, but a very good one on what should be a deep team. At this point I'd say he best projects as Montreal's second-line center in three or four years behind Galchenyuk, but a lot of things can happen in that time. Montreal's top nine should be pretty deep at that point, he may fit really well on a two-way line with McCarron that's a 2B line with size.
