I think their blueline will be in very capable hands in the future.

The difference between great and good is a fine line in the NHL.

Players who become great, especially goalies, are the ones who pay attention to the details. This is what a goalie coach can help you work on.

Molleken, can't work with the goalies as much as he should.

He has other responsibilities he has to take care of as well.

The knock on the Pens org. for yrs has been their reluctance to get a full time goalie coach. I still have yet to hear a good reason in their defense.
