It sounds like Dolan doesn't have the class to put their personal grudges aside and show professional courtesy to another owner. George Steinbrenner and John Henry can do it why can't Dolan?

it's not a crime but if checketts was sneaking around msg trying to get employees rather than being formal with dolan(which wouldn't surprise me if that's the case since it's checketts we're talking about here) then that's unprofessional.
