First of all, that's simply not true. Genetics and metabolism play a huge role, and some people just burn calories faster than others.

Secondly, putting on 20 pounds of muscle in a few months can cause serious long and short term negative effects. For starters, as others have mentioned, his speed, quickness, and agility will all suffer. He'll also be a lot more susceptible to cramping problems, which would be a major catastrophe for someone like Pruchs whose energy level is such an asset.
