Correct, you can't magically turn fat into muscle.

It's also based on what your skeletal frame can support. And there's nothing you can do to change that.

5-10 pounds of muscle is one thing, yes, pretty much anyone can do that. But beyond that, you're running the risk of having some serious side-effects.
