Just very quickly I'd go back to rodent's assessment of Prucha which was that his forte was as a skilled fore checker, and back checker. Prucha was never considered to have top line/35 goal potential....and I think that is still true. Specifically I don't know if Prucha's forte will ever be as a 1st liner.

But I think he's tremendously valuable, productive and deadly as 3rd liner and PP specialist. Those are the roles where he seems most comfortable.

He'll get his 20 goals this year and anything beyond that is a bonus. Prucha is the kind of player that can be a key part of the Rangers future core. Trading him would be a huge mistake in all but a very limited number of trade scenarios.
