1. See your orthopedic

2. Stretch your hamstrings, quads, calves

3. Stretch your back lower and upper

4. Stretch your hips - can't emphasize this enough

5. Did I mention see your orthopedic? They'll probably send you to PT. Learn a few of the fancy stretches and you'll be good as new.

Us old timers have to be careful even though knee pain effects everyone, even the young whipper snappers.
