I actually think Girardi has a good chance to be a top 4. For one thing his offensive game has still to be tapped. He's put good numbers up as a 21 and a 22 year old in the AHL and he is only 22. A defenseman making it at 22 and playing fairly well doing it is a little bit of an anomaly. This guy can get better. A bit faster and a bit quicker is what I think he needs to work on the most.
