Callahans progression has been absolutely perfect. Did a great job at picking up the pro game, and when he started being targeted by other teams he learned how to react to that as well. This is crucial development time and thats what he was given - time. Just because he couldve been a decent callup a few months ago doesnt mean you stop his progress.
