After being on hold forever (I was told customer service got bombarded by emails about this jersey) I was told that even though I didn't get a confirmation email, the order will go through and ship, the system was under stress and a confirmation email may come in the next day or two.

The rep I spoke to was very careful to point out this was a promotion, not an error

Unfortunately I ordered a McD and didn't realize it was going to come in all caps before placing the order, but was told since the item was sold out, I couldn't put in a request to change it. Guess I'll either live with it or resell.... I mean 64$? I can't really complain
