I'm not calling anybody out but I think people need to temper their expectations. There is only one team who consistently has two centers in the top 30 in center scoring and that's the penguins. There's a reason for that, a lot of it has to do with ice time but also defensive responsibilities (It's unlikely that Couts puts up significantly better numbers on a consistent basis while getting arguably the hardest defensive workload in the NHL among forwards, at the very least top 5).

Just FYI low to mid 50s in points puts a center in the top 30 in scoring. I'm not saying anyone here is saying the Flyers need 3 1Cs but someone in another thread literally said the Flyers need Couts and Schenn to be 60-70 pt centers if the team is going to have any success. That's beyond ridiculous. That's asking for 3 top 20 centers, including a ppg+ player.
