Intentional or not, the thread title (there's been some dandies lately) is a direct slap at Nashville, one that is baseless, given that they've earned a playoff birth the vast majority of Weber's time there.

Moreover, it implies that players should only seek to jump on the bandwagon of winning teams. Be front runners, in other words, otherwise, they are not relevant.

Actually, being competitors they are, many players, as long as they are fairly compensated and treated well, want to stick it out and help make their teams winners, as opposed to seeking instantaneous gratification, the easy route to success . As Weber does, no doubt.

So, the answer to your question is: no.
