I.E. I'm not overly enthusiastic of Beukeboom as I don't think the best candidate for the job is likely to come from the very limited pool of "hockey coaches that won the Stanley Cup as a player in 1994".
Also, I think Bylsma would be a terrific asset to this team. The X and O part of his coaching is great, but his ability to pick a lineup or manage his team psychologically leaves a lot to offer. But since the latter two falls squarely on the HC, they won't be an issue if Bylsma is an AC.
