On the average, teams will get about 2 players per year. Don't believe me? Just do the research. Landing only 1 player is 'D' level work: not failing outright, but below par.

I am sorry but your wrong, the Flyers have been just as good if not better then the Devils the past few years.
Guys who have played over 100 games
Flyers-Boucher, Somik(also drafted Tertyshny)
Thats 8 for the Flyers and 8 for the Devils. And if you add up the number of draft picks
64 picks for the Devils and 49 picks for the Flyers. So the Flyers hit on 16% of there picks the Devils 12% of theirs.
