On the average, teams will get about 2 players per year. Don't believe me? Just do the research. Landing only 1 player is 'D' level work: not failing outright, but below par.

The good drafting teams are like New Jersey and Colorado who get at least two players per draft..

I am sorry but your wrong, the Flyers have been just as good if not better then the Devils the past few years.

Guys who have played over 100 games
1995
Flyers-Boucher, Somik(also drafted Tertyshny)
Devils-Sykora, McCauley

1996
Flyers-Zubrus,Boulerice
Devils-Ward, White,Mitchell

1997

Flyers-Fedoruk
Devils-NONE

1998

Flyers-Gagne,
Devils-Gomez, Gionta

1999

Flyers-NONE
Devils-NONE

Over 50
2000

Flyers-Williams, Cechmanek
Devils-Rupp

Thats 8 for the Flyers and 8 for the Devils. And if you add up the number of draft picks

64 picks for the Devils and 49 picks for the Flyers. So the Flyers hit on 16% of there picks the Devils 12% of theirs.
