That's how young players come into the league. Bring them along slowly, maybe 10-12 minutes a night and slowly increase their minutes depending on the game/situation.

I agree, I just feel that in order to have the redundancy they need to make a trade, he has to brought back. They need either Stralman or Staal. With Stralman back, they can move Staal. Without Stralman back, they have to give Staal pretty much whatever he wants.
