Oh I agree ... Gonchar may be headed else where if Fergy considers Carlo untouchable In his ming NO arguement here ..

Also Gonchar to NJ seems more like your last point but in reverse actually ... Gonchar has been rumoured to Toronto for a while now so NJ may be the team that is keeping him away from Toronto instead the other way around , since NJ would be better served to replace Stevens with a tough stay at home then a Offense dman which has already ... and realizing that Toronto has a more powerful offense on paper then NJ and Gonchar fills a real need in Toronto ...NJ may be the team in fact playing Cat and Mouse in this story..
