I'm glad to brought up the Gretzky comp. Wayne used to do that all the time, flying in down the center and hooking around to the point along the boards (or coming down the boards, and hooking back into the center). It gives your guys a chance to go to the net, can spread out the defense and provides for some good chances.


It's just pain.
