To be able to watch him on a nightly basis is a treat because this guy has such a command for skating and stick handling. He can turn off of an opponet on a dime, and stick handle in a phone booth.
He has always done that, in every team he has played on, but no points are recorded for creating space or fancy stickhandling.
He must be paired with someone who can use the space he creates and who can score on his passes.
And someone who can draw D's from him so he might (eventually, like twice a year) actually shoot instead of waiting for a better pass.
With the proper line mates he's wonderful, without it he's awful.
