What really saves Sather is and company is how each of these young guys seem to be panning out...

Just so many guys who seem to be doing everything right in terms of getting better like Staal.

Then you throw in the lesser known guys before the season like Girardi and Callahan, and things just look that much better.

Always though Renney was pretty good, the only question came down to (and is still asked) is how good a coach.

They needed to start hitting on younger players and they are... Its a shame that Sather and company didnt do this at the start in terms of switching gears on philosophy.
