I have been talking about Pyatt all year long...but not as a first line player. I just don't think it's in the cards. He is a damn good skater. He can play, but I don't think he's a first line player. I do however think it would be a great move if the Rangers picked the guy up. Throw him on the 3rd line with Cullen. Both guys have wheels, and I think they play a similar game. He could definately bring some scoring to that line. I like having baby brother in the system also. Plus...he's only 26 or 27 yrs old. He's got the whole package. 6'4, decent hands, and a good skater. I heard the knock on him from the Vancouver board is he is at time afraid to get his nose dirty, and doesn't play physical enough for his size. I think the risk factor though with him is low, and it probably wouldn't take much to entice him here. $1,500,000- $1,750,000 should do it.

I did read somewhere though that he wanted to stay in Vancouver.
