Improve dexterity and reaction time?

I weight train, and stretch, both on a regular basis, but my reaction time, especially in my weak/off/left hand is pretty slow. Any tried and true methods to help improve dexterity and reaction time? Ideally something I can do three times a week, before I weight train.
