If the guy is an established player and can help the Rangers out for a decent amount of time, I definitely would make that trade. The Rangers drafts always turn out to be a crapshoot, whether it's just a bad pick, or the Rangers ruining the player early on in his career. However that said, you always have to worry that you'll get back the next Kovalev. But if you can get back an established, near top level, 24-26 year old that can step right in next season (whenever that is) and help the Rangers for 5+ years, I think I'd have to take it.
