NA version of Euro names

It's summer time. So I suggest to play the game of sort...

Suggest the North American version of player's European name for some Rangers and may be not only Rangers. Let me start...

Artem Anisismov - Art Anisi

Fedor Tyutin - Teodor (Teo) Toots

Marek Malik - Marc Malik

Jaromir Jagr - Jerome(Jerry) Yaeger

to be continued....

Petr Purcha = Peter Prince
Lauri Korpikoski = Larry Karpinski
Ivan Baranka = Ian Barnes
Jarkko Immonen = no clue
Tomas Zaborsky = Thomas ?

It's kinda funny, names that we've changed like Anisi, Lunderman, Yeager and Karpinski really aren't any more "North American" than the originals. Still fun though. In baseball, I always call Pedro Martinez "Pete Martin."

Uhhh all the North American players on the Rangers have european names already anyway. Except maybe strudwick, I can't think of many europans with the first name Jason.

Both UK and France are part of Europe so I'd say that most NA names are common in europe.

Except possibly Kariya

The funny part is of course that the 'NA' names are british, french, spanish and italian mainly, with some sprinkling of other european sources
