Hello all.

Hey everyone, I've been seeing that introductions are the thing to do.
Die hard Rangers (and general NY sports fan) stuck out in South Korea for a year, so these forum boards are like life blood.
Out of all the forum's i've seen this seems to be the best, glad to be here.

Also can anyone confirm that the NHL.com Center Ice online package is available abroad, I've known online video sites to have problems outside of the States, and I'm assuming, Canada. Games start at 9 in the morning here, so that's doable and I need hockey to make it here alone.

Welcome a'board.

We seem to be getting a lot of new members lately. Thats great.

Hope you can find away to get hockey coverage out there. Ever hear about a slingbox? That might help.

Otherwise you'll get almost everything you need here.

Welcome elYankee. There's a BIG overseas contingent here actually that can help you find games online. PM 'Osminator' if you don't get the info you need in this thread. Individual Game Day threads usually contain the Sopcast broadcast info as well.

Thanks very much! I've been frantically searching the nhl sites for coverage. I'm able to get MLB coverage here from MLB.com, so i'm still hoping I can find a way to watch the Hockey games. I'll look into the game day threads, and any other help.
thanks again,
I'll keep "osminator" in mind.

Here you go eY: http://www.sopcast.org/

Seems like something you might to play with sooner rather than later just in case you've got problems and/or questions. Once the European contingent here comes off holiday, I know they'll be able to help you out.

ya its pretty cool, you can watch mlb, nfl, nba, nhl, and football. just go to myp2p.eu, choose the sport on the side and click the link under sopcast for the game you want.

holy crap, I'm watching the yankee game right now, on sopcast, and i must say you guys are saviors.

Now the only problem is getting my friend to promise not to celebrate before i find out the rangers score on my slightly delayed coverege. Ass that he is he'll celebrate every damn time and i'll have to shut down communications with him.

Sopcast is a god.

Glad you're enjoying it. Really do check out http://myp2p.eu as often times games will be available on mediums other than SopCast. That site is great, is has all the information on all the internet-broadcast sporting events.

And welcome to the boards.
