I agree that the other two are just ok.

I really like the 05-06 alternate jersey with the SAP Arena patch

Agreed... On the first two jerseys they seem to have just squeezed the Adler-logo into what space was left. The black one is definitely very cool!

Hannover Scorpions

These are the new Hannover Scorpions jerseys. Not particularly creative...

And this is Nuremberg new jersey:

Most of the teams seem to have highly uninspired designs, making me appreciate Hamburg's effort a bit more...

A positive creative exception to my above complaint is Cologne's new jersey. I just noticed that those had not yet been posted here either:

The bottom two images have a bit of a red haze over them, but I am assuming they should look clear white and grey respectively.

I can't say I'm really impressed with any of them, but the Nuremburg ones are really poor.

Somebody really needs to tell the Hamburg Freezers marketing department that it is "Welcome to Planet Ice" not "Welcome on Planet Ice"

Man those are awful. Nothing worse than calling themselves a bunch of ladies

While "welcome to" might be the correct version, "welcome on" is used by many many people from all over the world.

Besides, in art or entertainment you usually go with what sounds better, not with the correct version. There are many songs which completely botcher English grammar, because the correct version doesn't fit to the music.

I agree the line should be changed to Welcome to Planet Ice because it does sound much better but I suppose it could be considered properly used if they are refering to being "on" Planet Ice...sort of like being on earth.

What exactly are they refering to as Planet Ice?

But "welcome on planet ice" doesn't sound better. It doesn't make much sense. Maybe they could say "Wilkommen in Planet Eis" (is that correct?)

Although I am native in neither German nor English, I'll give you all my two cents on this...

'Welcome on Planet Ice' seems perfectly legit, as you can actually be on a planet. Much the same as you can be on an airplane or a boat, where you would be welcomed onboard.

On the other hand 'Welcome to Planet Ice' would also do. I agree that it does actually sound marginally better.

'Wilkommen in Planet Eis' means 'Welcome in Planet Ice', which doesn't seem to be an improvement

I my opinion it does
Right now, I can't think of an instance where to sounds better than on.

The German version doesn't work, because it is in German. For some reason, advertising agencies think that German isn't cool enough to be used in advertising.

In this case, the German version ("Willkommen auf dem Planeten Eis") truly sounds bad. Too long and not catchy enough.
