Devils fan here...

He should be gone for the rest of the season and playoffs. In addition, depending on Moores injuries, he might have to face criminal charges. Dam shame!

I vote liftime because 10 games is not enough but Lifetime Is too much, there should have been something in the middle..I would say remaining of the season and the playoff.

I voted 10 games, but I think it should be this whole season, including playoffs

Bertuzzi can handle himself quite well and wouldn't back down from the fight actually - as a matter of fact I am not convinced that Worrel would cream him in a fight --> so your "Worrell handling things" scenario doesn't work too well...he needs to be suspended and it needs to hit him where it really hurts - and I don't mean in the wallet, but respect from other players in the league and most importantly the players on his own team...

If Worrell cant even beat May what makes you think he would pound 250 Ibs worth of Bert?

Perhaps because 250 Ibs of Bert can't handle anybody face to face.

There's no option on this poll for the one I would vote for, but I would go as far as suspending Bertuzzi as long as Moore is out for and 20 games after that. Harsh? Yes. Far fetched? Probably not.

Those who said nothing are truly sickening people. This should have been a public poll.

I voted 10 games...Matt Johnson-esque is all that needs to be said about this, he may have ended the kids career, yet so did Matt Johnson and he's still in the league.

The option aren't really good , but in those 4 option a 10 game suspension seem appropriate .

2 years jailtime and 4-6 games(as someone mentioned) are both riduculous.

Out of the horrible poll options , I picked 10 games. However, what I expect, and what I think would be fair, would be the rest of the season and anywhere from 1 round - the whole playoffs.

I think Bertuzzi should not be able to dress until Moore is able to dress.

A 1 year suspension (including all playoff games) starting right now should be the LEAST he gets for a pre-meditated attack like that! And some jail time while he's at it. THEN we'll see how tough Mr. Bertuzzi REALLY is! This guy is a thug, and showed absolutely ZERO respect for another human being, and hockey player. I don't care what Moore did to Naslund (which wasn't even a cheap shot, really)...For Dumbo to smash his head into the ice like that shows he hasn't got much stuffing left between his ears!
