Yeah just popped in my email box. Sounds like some stuff will be seriously reduced, though unfortunately im not going to be around for it.

I would think getting there right away is key. I would aslo think certain retailers (not naming names) will be there to clean up and re-tag items into their own store if things are 90% off.

other teams have this every year.
This is the first I've heard about this for the Rangers.
Damn the dates and time. Work in Queens and can't take off.

Just got back. Made the trip from my gf's in Long Island while she was at school. They had a lot of good deals early. Not sure what they will have left later today and/or tomorrow. Lot of shirts for $5 and other stuff marked down. They brought out more stuff later that wasn't out at 11am. Matt Cullen jerserys for $50 were the highlight of the items brought out about 11:30 but i opted not to purchase one seeing as how he only played one year and scored one memorable goal. That's my report....

Hmm.....sounds like something they did a few years ago during a pre-season game I went to. Was it tables set-up outside of the security gate in the lobby? I remember getting 2 t-shirts for $5 each as well.

It was held outside... up on the level above Cosby's but before the glass doors to the ticket booths. Another guy and I went to where they had stuff that hadn't been brought out yet and the only jersey they had was the Cullen which sold out in like 5 mins... there was one guy there with a cart of sorts and he took what looked like 3 of them plus a bunch of nice jackets and other items. My guess is that he has a store somewhere or will resell them on Ebay or something... or he has a big family of Ranger fans. I can't judge because I don't know him.

Eh, probably eBay. But if it is, what Ranger fan would want a Cullen jersey? Maybe he's gonna remove the name and put "QUINTAL" on the back.

At the Islanders "blow out sale" they had some ridiculous jerseys. I saw a bunch of Cairns, Erskin's, and Niinimaa's. My question is, where do they store this crap? I was shocked these jerseys were even around still. So don't be surprised if you see some Dvorak jerseys around there

Yeah, I was disappointed by the lack of jerseys but I picked up some t-shirts for $5 a piece and some Ranger scrubs that were marked down to $5 as well instead of the $30 they were in the Team Store last season. Cosby's is way too overpriced imo (Nylander jersey for $109). I just bought some stuff so that I would have more Rangers apparel to wear down in the heart of Jersey. Was hoping I'd see some more jerseys especially of players not on the team or some blank ones.

I actually got an Orr Replica made at Cosby's for 150 total. A little pricey true, but I ordered a Hollweg from Ice Jersey's last season and paid 140 total, so, eh. 10 Bucks was worth it, I guess.

I was there when they opened up..it was absolutely nuts, by the way..I can't believe how many people showed up.

I was very disappointed with the lack of jerseys. The only ones I saw were the $50 Cullen jerseys and people were snapping them up. Sorry, but it's Matt Cullen. He was here for one season. I stayed until about 1 and they didn't have any other jerseys (as well, for the Knicks they had an endless supply of Channing Frye jerseys and t-shirts).

But hardly anything in terms of jerseys. When they put tickets on sale after the lockout in September 2005, they had one of these sales as well and they had alot more jerseys...although many of them were Mike Dunham lol

I did get 3 shirts for 25 bucks though, so that worked well.

that sale really sucked hard. i'm really surprised that they didnt bust out nay lindros, bure, or carter jerseys, not ot mention the liberty stuff which they might as well dump. i did get a nice hood for 25 though.

if you need knicks crap you should go, they had tons of jerseys.

Ooh i got a really cool vintage style rangers hoody today. (last one) $85 down to $25, thanks for leaving it there guys. Anyone notice that sneaky liberty shirt with the #2 in the rangers section? I wonder how many people bought that thinking it was Brian.
