It just has to be Mike Modano, theres nobody else thats even in the picture.

*if you're going to have Hitch and Gainey on there, put Daryl Sydor on as well. he gave us the 7 best years of his career

If you include the North Star years, you'd have to put Bill Goldsworthy on the list. Dino Ciccarelli and Neal Broten too.

But you really didn't need to ask who's number 1.

What's up with this footer on the poll?

Poll really should've started with #2 onwards, everyone knows Mo will take the top spot by a fairly large margin.

I voted Belfour, and I'd like to qualify the why of that.

I started pulling for the Stars when Zubov came over in trade from Pittsburgh, even going as far as to see the Islanders against the Stars at Nassau Coliseum. Living back East at the time, I was able to follow one of my favorite '94 Rangers and the boys primarily by printed media and over the Internet.

As a former goalie who hung 'em up when pterodactyls still flew and Edmonton was in its glory years, I tend to see the game first and foremost through a goalie's eyes. So naturally, when I look back on the Stars' glory years at the end of the 90s (when the team got more media exposure back in New York, and I could see them more often) the first thing that popped to mind was "Ed Belfour". Not the conventional answer and it may be the only vote The Eagle sees here, but it's an honest one.

I can't find the option for Juha Lind on the poll.

You should add Benoit Hogue. The Stars loved him so much they kept bringing him back.
