Done...Although it's a rotisseries league, not head-to-head (unless you're going to change it later).

What kind of draft are you going with?

i joined too, is this head to head or will it stay rotiserie?
and how will the draft work?
seems like there are alot of positions on a team, and with 20 teams, player depth will be difficult...

That's what is fun with large roster and many teams! I hate it when I can pick a certified good player in the Free Agents!

I just changed it from rotisserie to head-to-head, my bad.

As far as the draft goes, I'd like to have an online draft but I chose offline draft until registration is over. After that, we could agree on a time and date.

Edit : Iz is right, we had the same amount of players/teams last year and it was a lot of fun having to select 3rd liners on our teams!

Ok, here's what I'm thinking. Since setting a draft date has been a major issue the last 2 years, I think that doing the draft here could be a good idea. We have plenty of time before the season starts so we should have the time to get it done before 10/05. In order to avoid the draft to get stopped for a long period of time, if someone doesn't answer in the 24 hours fallowing the previous pick, we assign him the highest ranked player on Yahoo's list.

As far as the order goes...imma go old fashion and put all the names in a hat. Since I don't know any of you guys and that your nicks are not even the same as your teams names, I guess that you can trust me on that.

What do you think?

If we're gonna do the draft here then we should all probably sync up our HFBoards user names with our team names on Yahoo.

I'm not sure... It can take a while to do a draft like that... and there's a great risk for errors. Why not just decide a date and a hour and those who can't be there use the prerank option on Yahoo?

I know that it was a pain last year to find an approprate date for the majority to attend the draft. But I still think it's the best option.

Sunday nights (around 8 or 9 PM??) are often good in terms of general availability. Just an idea, anyone else agree?
