Points only? Salary involved or not?

I'd take Brind'Amour and Blake, depending on how small the league is.

If it's a 4 team league, you might risk dropping a really good player to make room for a player you're getting. If it's a 12 or 20 team league, go for it. Brind'Amour should hit at least 70 points, and Blake's probably good for around 60, which is more than enough to make up for what Savard produces (probably close to 90).

Yeah depends on the # of teams/size of roster. Usually it's better to have the best player (Savard) in the deal.

Savard in a keeper league, for sure. Brind'Amour is aging and Blake is as well while coming off of a contract year in which he put up career highs. Savard is a better point producer than either of the two and will be around considerably longer. If you're close to winning now, the Brind'Amour-Blake side is better though, as they will produce more points than Savard alone for the next few seasons.

But it would be Brind'Amour and Blake vs Savard and another player. Because the side that is getting just Savard will have another Roster Spot for a player off the bench or Waiver Wire.

I'd rather have Savard.

I'd take Savard in this deal. Of course, I dislike Blake with a passion, but even so, I think Savard represents best value, especially for a keeper league.

Exactly. That is why, in most cases, the team getting the best player wins.
