I like em...they have their own "identity" with a little bit of Avalanche splashed in there

one of those monster logos BETTER be swapped out for an avs patch or yeti foot alternate - THEN i'll be happy

EDIT**scratch that - they did switch the patch

I like them. The Avs patch on the shoulder is pretty cool.

I really like the fact that our minor league affiliate released their jerseys before we did.

I'm wondering if there's any chance that this may be somewhat what the Avs jersey's will look like (without the black), seeing as how the Monster's are using the burgandy/white (and I think I see some blue in there as well)?

The jersey is nice, but I don't care too much for the logo

I agree...I like the wrap-around puck thing...it is similar to ours. As for the M....Not a big fan at this point.

Don't like the jersey. Needs the other logo on there. Won't be buying one.

You are Red Wings-fan, like you know what good is.

I like those jerseys, but they are nothing special. Logo is bit "boring" or something like that.

Another jersey...

in the works? I've been told time and time again by various members of the front office that they want to use the monster head on a jersey. Supposedly it doesn't look right though so they are looking at alternatives (resizing the head, horizontally, or even just using the eye, like some of their publications and handouts have) for their third jersey.

I like the look of the design just released and will probably be buying a home replica for myself and a roadie for the Mrs...

I haven't heard back yet but IF we have them personalized, it would be ideal to have the same numbering on ours that they will use on game jerseys.

I still can't wait for a GAME WORN one though! WOO HOO!! 29 days!

Hopefully there is some truth to them working on a third. Those are just too dull.

They really made a big mistake not naming the team "Lake Erie Perch" IMO.

Hopefully the third jersey will feature a picture of some Perch floating belly-up, like you see when you're on the ferry to Put-in-bay.

Another cool design they could put is what I like to call The Cleveland Eternal Flame, which is a large flame coming up out of a factory that I see every time I drive into Cleveland on 71. It is especially pronounced at night.

Something else I would love to see on the Monsters' alternates - a nod to the sausage at Westside Market. They have some truly incredible food there and I would love to see some of it recognized on a jersey.

I'm excited that Dale Purinton is playing for the Monsters (Perch), and hope he is able to ingratiate himself with Cleveland hockey fans-especially the old Barons' superfan if he has not moved to Worcester.

Don't forget Robbie Drummond who earned a tryout with LEM.

AvalancheDB.com will be covering LEM hockey as much as possible (gamesheet database, fight history, statistics schedule and rosters.

Here is the current roster:

hhhmmmm....I just moved back to cleveland, and it seems im just in time for the new hockey team. Should be pretty good to go see a bunch of the avs' prospects as much as possible. I think I will have a ticket hookup too. Sweet!

Those jerseys are great....

I just got home from purchasing my 15 game plan. My tickets will be 10 rows behind the players benches, awesome. The ticket lady told me the home opener is almost sold out and there was $40,000 bucks in ticket sales just yesterday alone. I saw a practice jersey, they're black with white down the sides, pretty slick. No jerseys were for sale yet but they should be selling them on opening night or before hopefully. Also saw the GM today, he looked busy. Every game is on the radio and there will be 20 games televised, that's great. 2 weeks from tomorrow for the Monsters opener, I'm pumped.

I heard from a friend up there that they sold 3,000 tickets yesterday alone. WOW, they're lookin at 20,000 fans for the opener in a league that averages 5,000 fans. Thats great, Go Monsters. Gotta get up there to see a game soon.
