Universit-eee of Massachusetts, please...
Oh man, I think I was in high school for that one. Now I have to go and dig that cassette out and hope it still plays... and hope I still have something that still works that can play cassettes.

Anyway, was Violetta in tight with Leipold to last this long?

If this does in fact happen, I think its great news. He simply is not getting the job done. The Predators need to re-analyze everything that they are doing, from the top to the bottom. While some of the problems have been the city's fault, alot of the problems are the Predators themselves. Violetta simply has not got the job done and needs to go. His 'tactics' haven't gotten results and he's done nothing but complain and point fingers when he couldn't get the job done.

That being said, lets hope the local group puts someone in charge who knows our market better, although I doubt that would be too hard to do..

That is Violetta's biggest problem. He NEVER understood this market. I think he thought that whatever worked in CA or PA would work here, too, which is a huge mistake.

The people here don't exactly respond well when someone, especially someone coming in from California, comes and threatens to black out a playoff game if it's not sold out.
