Player you would have liked to see

Okay so as the usual hockey discussion brewed at my workplace the other day and a question arose that got me thinking. So I figured I would tell it to you guys as well and see what your thoughts are. What Flyers player do you wish that you were able to see (either live or on TV) in his prime?

For me personally I would have to go with...
Pele Lindbergh or Rod Brind Amour
Goalie has always been my favorite position and when you got a goalie like Bernie Bernie telling the media Pele was better AND faster than him that says alot. I have seen limited footage of him, mostly on Sweden but from what I have seen he woulda been fun to watch.
1997 Flyers are like my favorite sports team of all time and though I was 11 I did not get the opportunity to get to a game. Yeah, he still plays now, but in his hay day as a Flyer he was so enjoyable. Makes you wonder if they ever should have ditched him and replaced him with Primeau.

I was going for Flyers but that works too. Would have loved to see Howe also.

i don't regret trading brind'amour for primeau. it was tough giving up a loyal warrior like rod, but we got back primeau, who gave so much back to the organization. theyre both some of my favorite flyers.

i only got to one game during the Legion of Death. would have loved to seen more.

For the Flyers I would have loved to see the team in the 70's Clarke Barber Parent and co. I also wished I could have seen more of Mark Howe. Pavel Bure is the guy I idolized growing up and really wish I could have seen him play more.

Mark Howe. I've always awed at the defensemen who could play both ends of the ice like that.

For me, easy...Bernie Parent and the cup winning teams.

Non-Flyer I will go with Gordie Howe

I gotta agree with Roger's Pancreas, watching the KLM line during their heyday would have been something else. I also think watching guys like Kharlamov, Tretjiak, Kasatonov, and other players from that era would have been fun to watch as well.

Primeau live would have been great during that last great run.

Bobby Clarke during his era

I've pretty much seen them all, so maybe Van Riemsdyk?
