the flyers sno hos are testimony to the "if you can't do it right, don't do it" mantra that should govern all sno-ho-based decisions in hockey.

Missed part of the first and then was watching while trying to listen to the Caps audio...what happened on the Flyers' goal?

As I heard it, Vogel was commenting about play away from the puck;
says nobody noticed about the benching last night (I posted about it last night, but wondered whether it might be about getting Laich some TOI and for faceoffs and to give him an opportunity); again, I'll add no one other than Tarik has said anything about a contract at this time.

Also, Vogel made a comment that players that have been on the roster may not be here opening night…checker/grinder types being replaced by more skilled, younger players ….(so as we have been discussing about the roster decisions...)

Thanks for the info on the Caps audio feed, HSHS & sk8.

The roster plot thickens...

Steckel had himself another solid period.

Yeah this defense situation is going to be interesting in terms of what the Caps do to find a place for everyone.

I hope Green doesnt pout if he goes to Hershey...along with any other young guys that don't get a spot.

Erskine tried to step up and missed by a decent bit.

Backstrom is going to be a stud. Heck, he already is.

It is interesting.

Was just reading Corey M's blog entry during the intermission, looks like it was posted earlier today and got overlooked with the rosters being posted...the convo continues
