You might want to play Bruins but if B's are one line team what makes the Habs more than 1 line team .

Oh well...keep disrespecting them...keep talking about 2001-2002 (ya sure we are the same team)
Im somewhat surprised at the amount of people here at the HF boards that think the bruins are the team to play against in the first round (although the islanders also seem to have been dismissed as non-factors in the playoffs). Im in no way offended by it, honestly I hope the team(s) we face will take us as lightly as their fans.

I dont think the Bruins should be favourites, but i dont think there really is a favourite in the eastern conference this year. Every team is capable of either sweeping or getting swept in any matchup this year. I'm crossing my fingers for a bruins/canadiens conference finals.

IMO, finishing on the 4th spot is something that the Habs can do, but I'd rather wait after the "aller-retour" games of this weekend against New Jersey before saying something.
would they use burke or esche?

Knuble - Thornton - Murray
Nylander - Bergeron - Samsonov
Axselsson - Rolston - Lapointe

if that's a one line team ...
I think depth up front is in favor of Boston
if not, why are they at top on north east divison ?
Did there D are better ?
Did Raycroft is better than Theodore ?

I wouldn't go there if I were you, takes more then 1 yr of success to say a certain player is better then a proven player... No matter what position.
