nice to see fardelaeau develop some leadership. Given the Rangers depth amid prospects, and the fact Lee's contract now is solely an ECHL one, has his ship sailed with the Rangers (alot due to injury i see) or can he still make an impact???

I cant see why a minor leaguer with skil lcant take a 4th line spot of Hollweg or Orr etc...

bmoak, any thoughts?

Ooh, questions!

dukesnider: Why would I be surprised about Poulsen? Not enough skills to play and not fearsome enough a fighter to keep purely as an enforcer. Plus, the Checkers HAD to cut a forward. Lee is sitting in the pressbox in Hartford. Cullen is on the 7-day IR in Charlotte.

NYRJurgen88: Falardeau could play in the AHL for some teams if he can prove he's back 100% from his hip injury with no loss of skating. I could see the Pack signing him and calling him up if there are a lot of injuries and callups and Gernander feels the need for a defensive specialist. Also, Hollweg's simply a better hockey player than Falardeau. Remember, they both turned pro the same season and the 8th round pick beat out the 2nd round pick for a spot on the Pack roster.

Checkers signed C Trevor Frischman. Frischman is a 2nd year pro out of Colorado College's program. Last year he split time between Dayton (ECHL) and Syracuse (AHL)
