He's been decent 4 goals & 9 points in 15 games isn't great ... but it isn't terrible with an even rating (like that means anything) ... could be better ... could be worse ... at least he's not being paid a ton to contribute that little

My guess is that he'd fetch a 2nd round pick and decent prospect at the deadline if the Preds are out.

Interesting question for Predators fans. Who is trade bait at the deadline if we are clearly out of it? Legwand?

A Legwand/Dumont package would be very interesting to me as a Canucks' fan if they are in a playoff spot.

Why would the Preds want to trade Legwand? Is he a UFA?

Legwand is the most under-rated player on the team IMO.

Dumont should be more valuable than a 2nd round pick given his playoff performances and talent.....Two picks or a pick and a prospect would probably be the minimum. That said, we are still VERY in the hunt, and I expect our team to be in the playoffs....even if it is as the 7th/8th seed rather than the third.

Ryder vs Dumont?

Both are UFA at the end of the year.

As a Habs fan I'm not sure I'd do it, but it sounds pretty interesting, so at least I'd think about it seriously.
