Need a penalty-prone defenseman

Hello all, I'm in a 12 team roto league on cbs sportsline. It is very competitive and all among family, so it's important that I win this year aftera heartbreaking 2nd place last year!

categories are +/-, goals, PPgoals, SHgoals, assists, Shots on goal, Goalie wins, save %, GAA, and penalty minutes

I'm currently hovering between 5th and 8th place and cant seem to break through. I'm decent in every category but dead last in penalties. here is my roster:

Daniel Briere
Mike Cammalleri
Mats Sundin
Jason Spezza
Alex Ovechkin
Martin St. Louis

Filip Kuba
Brett Clark
James Wisniewski
Adrian Aucoin

Martin Gerber
Cam Ward

my reserves are:
Marty Turco
Milan Hejduk
Drew Stafford
Doug Murray

I think that my offense is very high powered, so I dont want to sacrfice a slot there to get penalty minutes. I figure that my d-men are weak, and I could move one or two of them for defenders who rack up penalty minutes. Any ideas on some attractive options that arent untouchable studs (like pronger)

Doug Murray has the second most PIM's among defensemen in the league. Not sure why you would need/want another one.

2 reasons.

#1. I started him last week and over four games, he gave me a grand total of 2 PIM.

#2. San Jose plays one game this week

Maybe look at Shane O'Brien for Tampa,
He's a younger guy, getting a lot of the minutes available with Boyle out (roughly 22 a game). Has 30 PIMs so far and should be available in most leagues.
