No More Thanksgiving . . .

It should now be Happy Steve Downie Day! His suspension is now over! We've certainly got something else to be thankful for today.

yahoo also thinks Downie has been putting up points left and right.

they're not accounting for the games he wasn't a healthy scratch for.

I think there are 2 games left if he was on the roster last night which I guess he wasn't since he was on the Phantoms so there should still be 3. Maybe.

LOL never, EVER go by yahoo's info. Downie should be leading the league in points and PIM right now. Id guess he has around 100pts and 300 PIM so far according to them

The Dallas game, Dec. 1st, I believe, should be the first game he can play.

Downie was not on the roster last night, Boulerice was. I think we are down to 3 for Steve and 12 for Jesse.

Downie scored a goal last night for the Phantoms. Although he IS good enough to be on both rosters at once and still score a goal.

One of the beat writers mentioned recently that the game against Dallas is the first possible game for a return and that is based upon Downie being on the roster for all games to that point. So, it could be Dallas or after that but not anything prior to the game against the Stars (assuming the writer's accuracy).
