I completely forgot the Celtics were playing tonight... Oh well, good to have another win.

On a side note, my friends ran into Kobe Bryant at IHOP last night at like 4:00. I thought about going with them, but I was ****faced and decided it was a better idea to sleep. It's probably a good thing I didn't go, I can only imagine the fun ways I would've mocked him after how bad the Celtics kicked his ass last night. I don't think I really needed to pick a fight with an NBA superstar.

The Bobcats are a much better team than they get credit for. Sure, they're on a 3 game losing streak (maybe it's 4 after tonight), but they'll probably wind up around .500 by the end of the year. And in the NBA, that's good enough to make the playoffs. They could even be the Celtics' first round opponent.

I watched the game. The Bobcats were banking three's like they were layups. Jason Richardson was 5-5 for 3s. Overall, they were 8-11.

Plus, Ray Allen was having a pretty bad shooting night. He only hit one 3(the winner, of course). And the big three weren't playing much in the second quarter. Plus, the Celtics were coming off last nights emotional game versus the Lakers, whereas the Bobcat's are a young team that would've love to steal one from one of the league's best teams.

Well, this is obnoxious... For those of you with Comcast and HDTV, you'll know where I'm coming from.

Comcast Sports Network plays the Celtics games, and doesn't have its own HD channel. Occasionally they play the HD feed on MOJO (channel 881). Today, it's listed as being on, so I check it out for pregame and I see it's the NBATV feed rather than the CSN feed. And because I'm in/near Boston, the national feed (NBATV) is blacked out, which means I can't watch in HD.

Good game so far between C's and Cavs, hopefully we turn it around and start scoring more, the turnovers are killing us

Yeah, they really need to cut back on the turnovers and the poor shot selection... It would be nice to go into the half with the lead.

Ray hits all 3 free throws, and the C's end the half up by 3.

Celtics blow it in overtime. Rondo took some stupid shots, so did Pierce. Allen missed two huge free throws with 20 seconds remaining in the 4th that would have been the game winner.

Oh well.

my prediction.....kendrick perkins is not putting up good stats....few points and not enough rebounds.....look for him to be replaced by glenn davis (who stats per minute are significantly higher) and possibly traded
........you heard it here first......

I can't believe how bad the Knicks are. Boston up 50 points with over 7 minutes to go in the game. How does Isaiah Thomas have a job?

I know, it's absurd... They were supposedly going to fire him unless they made the playoffs last year. Then with 2 months left in the season, they're in the 8th spot, and they give him an extension. Soon after that they fall apart in true Knicks fashion and he still has his job. The Knicks are a mess, they really need to dump Isiah if they ever want to be relevant again.

I also find it amusing that his name is misspelled.

I'd say this is a message by the players even if subconsciously- Thomas probably will be let go before December arrives.

in a dream Bruins world, wouldn't it be something if the Bruins were accused of running up the score....."Julien is putting out Murray and Kessel on the PP when the Bruins are up 8-1"

I was at a school gym tonight for my daughter's basketball practice. They had a poster on the wall encouraging kids to wear helmets. In the picture were Trot Nixon, Walter McCarty, Roosevelt Colvin, and Tyler "the doper" Hamilton. Time for a new poster. Anyhow, got me thinking how much the team's changed since the McCarty days when he was seeing regular minutes. Thank goodness.

It was fun. And he was a good guy in the community. The Tommy point graphics are incredibly annoying on FSN or whatever it's called how.

Stinks they didn't hold the Knicks to an all time low!

I love Garnett. What a great teammate that guy is.
