Nice Job JD and the St. Louis Blues!

It's nice to see John Davidson's team enjoying some success as they sport a nice 15-8-1 record and sit in second place behind the Wings.

What an improvement!

Good to see. The Blues have played really hard as a team since he took over, although you have to give alot of credit to Andy Murray too. Plus, Brad Boyes is having an outstanding season for them.

Between the Blues, Blackhawks and even the Blue Jackets, there are some talented, young and exciting teams in that division.

what i wanna know is why many teams dealt Boyes. He was on the Leafs, Sharks, Bruins and now Blues. Bruins dealt him for just a draft pick

I think they got Dennis Wideman too, but yeah I always thought he was a good player..never understood why he couldn't stick with a team.

I've been quietly rooting for the Blues since JD's been there. I always pick a team in the west to root for in the PO's, hope it'll be them this season. I also like the Ducks team, tough, hard nose hockey.

I follow the Blues closely because of JD.He has made some excellent deals along with the help of Larry Pleau. The Brad Boyes heist from Boston. The Steve Wagner college FA signing.Where did he come from? The Hannu Toivonen deal with Boston(again). Some of his FA signings haven't worked out-Martin Rucinsky,Doug Weight and Jay McKee-but that's the FA games goes sometimes.Manny Legace was a good FA signings.Andy Murray scratching Erik Johnson. They had all of those picks in 2007.David Perron,Lars Eller and Ian Cole.Perron is contributing this season. They have a good defense. You can't root against John.

JD has done well. Hiring Andy Murray was genius. He is an excellent coach. I don't think the Boston GM will be trading with the Blues anymore with the way he got hosed in that Boyes deal.

Good for JD, hes got a good squad and his players are coming through for him.

Whats great for that team, is not only are they playing well but they have developed a good group of scouts and have a very very good prospect pool right now. And i think they have a few extra picks the next few drafts to boot.

They are in a good spot, happy to see JD doing well -

Andy Murray and Tom Renney got the exact same philosopy and uses the exact same system basically.

I think STL's success further proves that we are on the right track here in NY!

Great to see.

Not shocked.

In the offseason they added more depth at every position, good mix of young and old. Good to see hockey doing well in St Lou & Chicago.
