Crawford Quote about Gauthier:
"We havent given him the opportunity to show what he really does well, which is to play down low, be creative in offensive zone, maybe get an opportunity on a power play. There just wasn’t an opportunity to afford him those things. We sent him back with the understanding he's got to keep trying to find that step and speed."

Does Crawford not know that he is the coach of the team and that he gets to make the line-up? If he really wanted to see him on the PP, then take Armstrong off of the second unit.

you couldn't be more right... and a game that was won by the Kings by the score of 8-2 might have been that "opportunity."

I'm pretty sure this was brought up before but why did they send Moulson down and brought Gauthier up?

I think Crawford said he wanted a center for the fourth line to keep consistency in the lines. That plan seems to have failed.

That was my thought as well when I read that. You're winning the game handily, maybe play your 4th line guys on the power play and give your regulars a little bit more rest.
