Weather.com's hour-by-hour goes only until Saturday, but the forecast said snow and wind. Same goes for here in NY. Gonna be an interesting game.

Pretty much urned to ice/rain mix here on Long Island. If the tem drops later everything will be one sheet of ice. Glad I lifted my wipers off my window earlier.

Here are the latest weather conditions within the last sixty minutes.
I will put together the graphics pages as soon as I can.

SPECIAL WEATHER STATEMENT by the National Weather Service in Upton, New York on December 13, 2007
A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY is in effect until 11:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

A wintry mix of snow, sleet and freezing rain will continue into the early afternoon before gradually changing to
plain rain. The precipitation will end this evening as a light mixture of rain, sleet and possibly freezing drizzle.

Total snow accumulations will generally range from 1 to 4 inches with the highest amounts across northern portions of Bronx and Essex counties. A glaze of ice is possible in addition to any snow and ice accumulation.

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow, sleet or freezing rain will cause travel difficulties.
Be prepared for slippery roads and limited visibilities and use caution while driving.

Stay tuned to NOAA all hazards weather radio or visit our web site at weather.Gov/NYC for further details and updates.

Yah, I work about 10 minutes from the stadium. As of now, forecast calls for mixed precip on Saturday night, clearing for Sunday.

Snowing like hell in RI now. Roads are nightmare and I guess we're going to end up with 6"-10".

We live next door to a doctor's office. Right now there are at least ten cars stuck in the parking lot. Amazingly, the Hondas and Toyotas are driving out without any trouble. It's the Volvos and Jaguars and such that can't get out.

I am so glad I didn't go out on the roads today. Woke up to the alarm clock at around 10:45am EST, and saw it starting to snow. Got dressed to go out to shovel the steps and sidewalk, and it was no picnic. I'm sticking to the confines of my bedroom and house for the rest of the night, and will attempt to go out (if any) tomorrow.

Hope you all are staying safe and warm.

It sure turned into a dud of a snowstorm huh? Changed over to Freezing Rain/Sleet in most areas much quicker then they thought so there wasn't much snow, just a lot of icing.

Saturday Night looks like another minor storm...Snow to Sleet to Rain in most areas.

I wish it was just regular snow, not this crappy slushy mix.....my street was like a pond with a thin layer of snow on top.

As of now, Sunday's storm is supposed to start sometime in the evening hours on Saturday. Kinda sucks, cause I have my first game of the new season that night. Hopefully the storm ends up starting in the early morning hours.
