Funny, but could be true.

While Prucha and Callahan looked like two spunky little ********s with Cullen in between last season, and were scoring quite regularly late on in the season, they're just not getting anything going offensively this season and are hardly standout defensive players.

Another problem for the Rangers, IMO, is that Tyutin and (especially) Girardi have gone into suckage mode since about game 20 of the season.

Tyutin did start to for a bit, but I think he's turned it around again. Girardi though hasn't turned it around and is still making poor choices with the puck. Hes still only in his 2nd year so im sure it will pass sooner or later.

If not for Lundqvist this game could have been so much worse than it was. They offense chance are starting to come, but at the expense of the the D coverage. I was content winning 1-0 2-1, they need to bring that mentality back!!!

Did they get scored on last night while playing againstthe Avs top line? I agree that it is offnsively inept and should not be playing so much..but it's the best opton we have right now because.....

Again, the problem is that Prucha and Cally down right suck and provide nothing. BOTH need to be benched. And you can add Drury into the worhtless mode also...

This "waiting for Avery mode" sucks

I think the turning point was the Budaj save on Callahan in the 3rd. Realistically, it was the Callahan inability to finish in the 3rd that was the turning point.

When Girardi gets waived, hopefully that means Callahan goes with him.

I thought the Rangers put up a good road effort and the game was pretty hard-fought and close all the way until the end. It's games like last night's that show why sometimes an OT Loss point is still deserved.

Also, I'm liking what I see from Hollweg-Betts-Orr as a shutdown line but they could work on their offensive prowess. Orr has been stepping up lately trying to prove himself as more than an enforcer and I think he's making some progress. Hollweg's getting back into his game now after calming it down a bit, and I don't understand how anyone can't love Hollywood when he's in full form and hitting hard.

Maybe we should put Colton Orr in the pads. I mean, he's one of our top 3 players.

Yeah, and that says something about our 4th line...

A good road effort? That was a crippled Avalanche team...

Could that mean Cullen wasn't useless?

I want a redo on the Cullen trade.

Hardly crippled, Stastny and Hejduk are 2 potent offensive weapons for them as well, while they were missing Smyth and Sakic, Sakic hasn't played like usual this year, and Stastny and Hejduk I believe are both doing better then Smyth.

Important lesson: Watch your mouth or stupid things will come out.

Now then, how about the rest of the sporting world get an original song for the last 30+ years?

Coincidentally, the reason above is why the song is still played.

It's not only that. When major players are hurt it usually it gives a chance for secondary scorers to step up. Kind of what we saw last night

Funny how the article lists the Hartford Wolfpack as the first team that still uses the song. Why would they be listed first out of all those teams? haha.

No, I mean an original goal song. Not just the first to use an existing song in a sports setting.

I don't get it? I was simply replying to someone who said Colorado's team was crippled...nothing about the Rangers, but good attempt at trying to start an argument..?

Hey, I'm not trying to start an argument, I'm just saying that if the Avs have Hejduk and Stastny, the Rangers have Drury, Gomez, Shanahan, Straka, and even though he's slumping, Jagr still gets attention.

I just think it's difficult taking a positive from the Colorado game, considering what the Rangers are supposed to be.

Without Lundqvist being as good as he was against Colorado, Rangers wouldn't have even gotten a point in that game. The Rangers need to wake up.

Then again, I'm just a poster on an Internet forum, what do I know.

Johnie boy don't hate cause you think you know it all and a simple goon like myself got it right. The whole fact that you bunch of childish idiots that all claim to know more about hockeyu then our coach and g.m think that Colton ORR is our problem says it all. Guys JAGR sucks and doesn't care. Hank can't stop a beach ball and our D has more holes in then a tourist t-shirt from Disney.

Hank is having family issues the guys dad is sick his mind is truely not focused. Yea i am hard on him but it is fact he sucks lately he played 4 good period in last 7 games. 1st vs Aves 3 vs Pens thats it.
Orr's 4 minutes a game really effect us that much? Orr can't win with you people he is the new Malik

Seemed like a good game, missed the third and ot, how was the game winner?
Thought your team played **** actually. Our team was just better
