Sundin is a superstar, but Naslund is one of the top few forwards in the NHL.
Naslund definitely gets my vote.

Naslund's good, but he's not as good as Sundin, who has simply done far more for far longer.

Sundin by far, it's not even close. What a joke.

... voted Naslund because he has more hair.

this one's not that close. naslund. he's been dominant for 3 or 4 years now and is in his prime.

Today, Naslund, but closer than one might expect. Career, Sundin. I'm not sure I wouldn't be more comfortable counting on Sundin in the clutch either. Still, Naslund is a better hockey player right now.

Marküs Naslund. Right now, he is the best player out of the two and he's a top 5 player in the NHL, Sundin might be top 10 though.

Sundin is Captain Clutch! You must have him mistaken with someone else. Sundin is 34 and at the tail end of his prime. naslund smack dab in the middle of it right now, so of course he's better now. 3-4 years ago, it was Sundin and it wasn't close. Career wise, Sundin now, maybe naslund when all is said and done.

I'm getting sick of all these threads by people with an inferiority complex when it comes to the Leafs though. It's like a bunch of dudes checking out the penis of the guy next to them in the shower and disappointed when they come up short (yet again) 1:1 comparisons are pointless. It's a team game. It takes 12 forwards, 6 defensemen, and a goalie every night, so take it easy young fellas, let them, play the games, and remember size doesn't matter.

It would probobly be a better question to ask what was the better trade

Sundin to Toronto from Quebec

OR

Naslund to Vancouver from Pittsburgh

--In that case I pick the Sundin trade, because CP was on crack the day he traded Naslund away!
