Leave Miller alone...

Miller didn't have the year he was capable of having, but I think he was injured much of the season, even some of the games he played. Last few games he stepped up his game and was once again physical. I think this season he's going to play great.

P.S. I know this is like the third Leave ______ alone thread, but I'm expressing my opinion.

cept for injuries, i think miller is ok. i dont think that many people are jumping on the hate bnadwagon. i think we're all just frustrated he didn't play that much this year. he's always been one of my favorite defenders on the team, so i'm hopin next year is a clean slate.

...

I think we can all guarantee that he was nowhere near 100% at any time this year. He's done great things for us... i expect a bounce back year for him next season.

Even though he was pretty mediocre most of the time he was back, it was still better to have him out there than not. Our defense was depleted all year.

I've always been on the hate bandwagon with this guy. He's a major reason we lost Schneider last year, and although i'm happy with that deal......i've never liked Miller. He's overrated by everyone, and he's never impressed me. You heard it here first.............he'll carry over the same dogsh*t play next year. I just didn't like his threats at the end of last year........especially to the point where he was asking for Matty money. Matty has been an ultimate warrior his whole career. Miller is simply a flash in the pan. He was worse than Modry the last twenty games.......and that's AWFUL! He dishes off his problems, he doesn't move his feet, and he couldn't hit a five foot pass to save his life.......He's suppose to be nasty, but i've nevr seen it! We're stuck with him.......BELIEVE ME! And you guys will be cursing him next year.

i think miller is due for a bounce-back year. in any case, he's locked up long-term, and he won't be traded at that salary unless his play gets a whole lot better - in which case we wouldn't want to trade him.

What do you expect to get back for him? A 2nd round draft pick? How does that help us?

When healthy our defense is much better with Miller in the line up. He's worth more to our team than he would be on the market.

Unfortunatly that salary is a killer and his injury history is a killer. His play this year was killing me. But if he can stay *healthy* we could dump Corvo and that would be killer Now expect a "leave Corvo alone" thread. What an apologist.

Miller is considering playing for the US in the tourney. For a guy who has been hurt most of the year and never really looked healthy and he's 32, why for petes sake would he not just rest? Let the body heal. If he plays in less than 65 games next season because of injuries similar to this year I will go crazy. He will be enemy #1. Dude must not be too bright. He has missed more games the last 2 years than he's played and now he wants to play for the US in the off season. If I were King management I'd have a serious problem with this after giving him that fat contract.
