Dan Hamhuis

Just finished watching the Detroit Nashville game and I was so impressed by Dan Hamhuis. Smart with the puck and defensively aware. Still played eventhough his leg was hurt pretty badly off Draper's stick

He was hurt and sent to the dressing room twice in that game. Man, is he ever a warrior?

Good to see Nashville get the W.

I'm not trying to be a homer here, but every time Hammer gets drilled or gets hurt, he never misses more than a few shifts before he is back out there. The kid is an absolute warrior in terms of ability to fight through pain!!!

I remember him playing through the WJC with what was by all accounts a seperated or at least dislocated shoulder. He was seriously hurt, but he kept playing and was still a force. He defenitely is a warrior.
