I'll be there tonight. Last time I was at the game I was subject to some pretty good ripping. The most common chant was one I had never heard before:

"HO-MO BUF-FA-LO!"

Should be fun. We will probably lose, but regardless... still should be fun. I love MSG

Avery-Betts-Hossa should be our checking line instead of HBO. I like Hollweg. At least he can skate and hit but Orr's value diminishes continually. He deserves either 4th line minutes or no minutes.

I'm close enough in my mind to being a Blueshirt fan. I cried on Messier night and I'll cry on Leetch night. But still bleed B&G.

Hah, thank you sir.

Is it just me, though, or does Coach Pearn get interviewed a hell of a lot? Like almost every game during an intermission?

No, it is not just you. That line about Perry Pearn being interviewed all the time was one of the funnier parts of the GDT because it's so true.

If there is a question to be asked, Perry Pearn will answer it.

Yeah, they bond over neckties.

...not that there's anything wrong with that.

just posted this on Sabres GDT, fits here as well tho lol......

5-1 Sabres, Rangers make Miller look to be the best goalie to ever play in the universe by taking 96 shots from outside. Miller is given the Vezina after the game only to have it stripped when the Boston Bruins come to town and Tim Thomas records a shutout on 129 saves. After the game Renney states "Well I told the guys keep shooting the puck from everywhere, directly into the goalies chest and eventually a hole will appear in his stomach and we will score lots and lots of goals. They did not get enough shots and we executed poorly. We need to generate 150+ shots next game"

God the Rangers suck right now.........

Jeez, I think I first posted that 8 years ago on another BBS. I'm the king of acronyms, it drives my wife nuts.

How is Orr not a valuable option to this team?
Fighting the top heavies and protecting smaller fowards has no value?
Hitting and forecheck means nothing?
Hossa taking very stupid offense zone penalities is ok?
his hands are worse then Orr's
