Greatest NHL Goalie Blunder

I was going to post a poll on goalie blunders, but then I realized that Salo against Belarus would be a near unanimous choice, so I changed it.

What is the all-time worst goalie blunder that occured in the NHL? (Salo in the '02 Olympics won't count- it had to be from an NHL game)

Feel free to vote in my poll.

Also to be nominated:

Ray Emery, Game 5 of the SCF against the Ducks.

I love him, but the Roy's Statue of Liberty pose could have cost the Avs the Cup.

The blunders I went with were entirely the goalie's fault.

Phillips also was responsible for what happened on that play.

It's got to be this one. Game 7 of the Stanley Cup finals and your goaltender lets one in from center ice, allowing the other team to rally and win? Almost beyond belief.
