Sens: 4 Goals..... Mike Sillinger: 3 Goals

I'm only doing this as a humorous look at the Sens scoring woes to this point. Sure we had Sillinger (great on faceoffs) for a playoff round and you can't look too much to the past, but why do we go through this over and over again.

All this scoring prowress on our team and a mucker like Sillinger puts up 3 against the Sharks?

It's also kind of sad when you look at Ottawa's 4 goals:

1st goal: total fluke off a skate.

2nd goal: on a 5-on-3, it was bound to happen.

3rd goal: carrying the momentum from the first goal, scoring on the ensuing 5-on-4

4th goal: Belfour charges out but Hossa nets it anyways.

Basically, a pair of flukey goals and a pair of powerplay goals. Meanwhile, Toronto keeps beating Lalime cleanly on even-strength oppurtunities. Ugh.

Yeah, but the Hossa breakaway was a Toronto miscue, the same type of goal Nieuwendyk got when he was left wide open.

By the way, who said Nieuwendyk looked brittle, eh, eh (was probably on sensnetwork forums now that I think about it).

edit: Also I want to add, did anybody notice Matthew Perry at the game? He's my childhood idol , always watched Friends everyday (ends in 23 days sniff). Anyways, he's a Sens fan so, that sux lol. Makes me feel bad for using this username now.
